Nature at it's best. Very beautiful and well maintained gardens with unique plants and flora. Within the grounds, you can find one of the best orchid gardens the world. Great for outing with friends and family. Have picnics on the lawns. There are restaurants that are dog friendly too. Worthy of UNESCO heritage tag.

Message from Singapore Tourism Board
The country’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site is a showcase of spectacular tropical flora. There are also many idyllic photo spots throughout the Gardens such as Swan Lake and The Bandstand gazebo. Set in lush greenery, the 158-year-old Singapore Botanic Gardens is the country’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site and the only tropical botanic garden on the list. Its impressive, ornate main gate is a not-to-be-missed photo opportunity. It boasts four pillars and supporting swinging gates framing a cast-aluminium lattice of Bauhinia kockiana, the climber planted at the fencing just beside it. Inside, the gardens is a showcase of spectacular tropical flora, with various species of plants and flowers that makes beautiful photo backdrop.
