I really like art so was interested in visiting. The art was ok but the architect of the buildings is worthwhile. Also, there are some exhibits with historical documents which are interesting.

We got wonderful experience. Huge museum of Singapore historical collections, as you expected from a museum. Clean, nicely decorated and beautiful building too. Good for those who love and curious about history; especially Singapore national history. Good for all kind of visitors, with family, couple, friends or alone. But you might expect walking a bit because of the vast building.

The high and voluminous halls and ceilings of days gone by give one the serene, floating and lofty feeling walking through. The thick walls ensure a comfortable ambience and temperature, enveloping the interiors from the outside heat and humidity. The cafeteria is a joy to enjoy good food in this splendid environment. Food is not bad too, especially the sweet potato fries, tasty and crisp.
