Celebrate the history of the world's largest continent at Asian Civilisations Museum. Housed in an old colonial building, the giant collection showcases the diversity of Asia, but also fosters a sense of shared identity. Don't miss a remarkable display of artifacts found in a shipwreck dating back to the 9th century. Appreciate the intricately decorated ceramics and golden wares that went down on the doomed trading ship. You can enhance your experience with a guided tour of the museum--check the website for tour times. The museum is currently under revamp to add new exhibits, but existing exhibits are really cool! There isn't much people around, so it basically feels like you have the whole place to yourself. Do plan ahead if you want to go there, because it will take some time to explore all 3 levels of the museum. Would love to visit it again another day!

They have exhibits as old as 5,000 years. A rare chance to see such old artifacts.
