Retrace Macau's Christian heritage at Ruins of St. Paul's, one of the region's landmark attractions. Built by the Portuguese in the 17th century, the church was originally one of the largest Christian shrines in Asia. A 19th-century fire destroyed much of the original complex, but the ornate southern facade still stands as a reminder of the building's former grandeur. A steel stairway provides visitors with access to the top, while the onsite museum houses artifacts providing insight into the history and art of Christian faith in the Far East. • We visited this landmark of Macao. Its UNESCO World Heritage Site, very busy place that day or maybe in general too? So Interesting and beautiful ! It is very unique, the old town mixed between the Chinese and Portuguese architectural styles. We also stopped at this unique Starbucks there and around that area we also found the delicious Portuguese Tart as shown in the pics 👌
  • One of the most popular landmarks in Macau. Easy to access, free, next to another landmark, near city center, and surrounded by lots of souvenir stores that sell yummy food
