Popular for its claim to make wishes come true, Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple hosts three religions including Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. Its traditional Chinese-style architecture features red pillars and golden roofs intricately decorated with carvings, latticework, and friezes. Participate in an old custom by praying, which involves lighting incense sticks, kneeling before the main altar, and making a wish. When you are finished, look for cylindrical containers holding numbered sticks. Shake the container until a stick falls out, and find your fortune paper corresponding to the number. It's a very special Taoist temple with unique architecture and consider as one of the tourist hot-spot. The entrance for free but the toilet inside with charge. It's beside Wang tai sin MTR Station you ll walk maybe 1 or 2 min to reach there. The atmosphere inside is wonderful full with the epic of culture and spiritual. My friends asked me to make a wish for them in the temple and also to bring the red string which they believe it will make the dreams true. Don't miss to go there It's really a wonderful place to visit if u ll come to Hong Kong

Sik Sik Yuen is a beautiful temple. You can see many different types of Gods inside. I don't remember their names but they can bring you luck, prosperity, chinese medicine, for increasing fertility, finding your spouse, and wealth. I think this place is quite busy and a little bit crowded, but there is no need to wait for entry, and this place is free of charge. There is also a very beautiful and very calm place inside called Good Wish Garden.
