Ms Mandy was wonderful! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products, my niece was able to find the perfect watch to suit her needs as for her health issue. We would definitely recommend stopping by IFC Apple store and letting the staff here help you find what you need. I bought a MacBook several years ago. I justified the premium price because I heard about Apple quality. After a month, the keyboard was already broken and makes my typing incredibly slow and frustrating. Years later, I gave Apple another try here at this store. I bought the most expensive studio display with nano textured glass, and it arrives totally nonfunctional. After wasting hours troubleshooting it, I was told that Apple Hong Kong does not do returns, only exchanges. I just want to be done with the thing it’s so frustrating and ridiculous. A whole months rent can’t even buy a working monitor here. Such a negative experience. I know the Apple name is good, but how can they have such bad quality control for such expensive products? I just don’t get it. I really want to like Apple but it’s especially hard here. My advice is to buy literally any other brand of computer because the quality control here will cost you time and money. The exchanges here are also a hassle. They say they offer a pickup option, but it’s two days a week during most people’s work hours, making it inaccessible to the average worker unless you can use vacation time to do the pickup for the return.
