  • This museum is worth to pay a visit, not only for the DunHuang exhibits, but also the Bruce Lee stories and Hong Kong 60's. Fans of 金庸 and 趙少昂 should visit their respective exhibition hall as well. An added treasure is the Children's Discovery Gallery on ground floor, where kids can have hands on with the exhibits. Adults will also find it interesting at the heritage toys exhibition hall which brings back their childhood memories.
  • Came here to see the Dunhuang: Enchanting Tales for Millennium exhibition. It was wonderful seeing the visual replicas. I felt there could have been a more geographical based introduction to the exhibit as there was just an assumption you knew where these special caves were upon entry. They could have had a map pin pointing the world, China, the province and cave location. There was also a Cantonese Popular Culture exhibit that was really worth visiting as someone who has enjoyed Hong Kong action movies from the 1980s and 1990s. The building was clean, spacious, yet it felt rather old fashioned with everything segregated into separate halls with sparse hallways not exhibiting anything.
