  • Very dead on our visit.. no assistance from any staff..
  • Thoroughly enjoyed our time on the observation deck, and having been teenagers in the 80s, we loved playing the pinnies and games from that era. However, we found it difficult to locate the correct lifts that go up to the deck from street level as there was very little signage to point us in the right direction. Once we got back down again there were no signs to show us the way out and again we were left wandering around not knowing where to go. Not sure who's running visits to the observation deck but the staff's general lack of help and unfriendly responses, and the generally confusing or non-existent directions could definitely be improved on. Worth the effort, but good-luck finding your way there.
