Outback Capital of the Northern Territory
The smallest of Australia’s state capitals, Darwin has nevertheless become an attractive and important urban center, being simultaneously one of the country’s most modernized cities and a gateway to both the Top End region and South East Asia.Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Darwin: Litchfield National Park (Magnetic Termite Mounds, Wangi Falls, &more), Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve (in Humpty Doo) and Territory Wildlife Park (in Berry Springs).
