On the 15th (Fri), enjoy the sand and surf at Reynisfjara Beach, look for gifts at Wool Gallery Vik i Myrdal, then kick back and relax at Black Sand Beach, and finally pause for some photo ops at Voyages Friendship Statue. Here are some ideas for day two: trot along with a tour on horseback, then take in the dramatic natural features at Dyrholaey, then take an in-depth tour of Skogar Museum, and finally admire the sheer force of Skogafoss.

Stockholm, Sweden to Vik is an approximately 11.5-hour combination of flight and bus. You can also do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Central European Time to Greenwich Mean Time, which is usually a -1 hour difference. Traveling from Stockholm in March, expect a bit warmer with lows of 1°C in Vik. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Geysir.
