Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum
Explore the constituent unit of National Council of Science Museums at Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, which houses various industrial projects and engines. Opened by the first Prime Minister of India in 1962, the family-friendly complex features entertaining and educating activities. Visit the dinosaur corner, a "flyer simulator" which shelters a 1:1 scale replica of the Wright Brothers' plane, or head to one of seven themed exhibition galleries. Learn interactively about humanity's scientific achievements and failures. With almost 1 million visitors per year, the museum can get quite crowded. It's a wonderful place to visit. Especially kids interested in science. It would take around 3 hours to explore all the floors. It's better to read before trying out devices kept for display. This will help to get better understanding. It would be better to carry snacks and food since cafeteria is not that good. Other wise a highly recommend place to visit.

It's a wonderland for science enthusiasts. State of the art exhibits of models. Very nicely explained models. Well categorised sections. Kids will surely enjoy. Adults will enjoy even more if science and technology intrigues you. It also has 3D shows at regular intervals. A must visit place for people who understand and appreciate science and technology. Only problem is the food service available in top floor, it is the worst possible food you can eat and there is no clean washing area.
