  • My first trip to Munich to see the Siemens Prize event. Beautiful hall, smaller that I imagined but lovely almost Grecian style lamps round the sides.  more »
  • Our group of 28 took a tour of the Prinzregententheater before dining in the on-site Gartensaal restaurant and seeing a delightful performance of Haydn's Orlando Paladino. With seating for about...  more »

  • Only been here once so far, but this is one of the few theaters I've been to where the height different between rows (at least in the back) is large enough that the people in front of me doesn't block my view! The show lineup also looks quite good; I've got a few more tickets purchased already.
  • Very disappointing! Show was great the Theatre, forget it! As present for my 12 years old daughter was also a ticket to see the performance ‚Rock the Ballet‘ and got two sits in the front on the third row. The sits were cheap wooden chairs without any pillows or something else to avoid pain and discomfort for two hours long sitting on those things! On top of it I was disgusted from seeing all around us a DRUNK WAISTED FOLK which normally has nothing to do with the Art and Theatre spirit! I have been worldwide in many wonderful theatre and never thought that in Munich seems people are going to the theatre like they are going to a rave party only difference is that are wearing other ‘costumes ‘......I do not advise anyone with family and kids to go in such a place unless the theatre has in program a “Marionette play”.....I guess Munich is all about Oktober boring Fest and profit at any costs...
