Must see · History Museum · Auto Race Track
Reopened in 1956, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit was an institution in the racing world with the 100 Miles Road Race starting there from 1928 to 1935. Nowadays, motorcycles dominate the track and speed by spectators encouraging long-distance drivers with calls of support. A multimillion-dollar renovation of the tracks began in late 2006, so the roads are safer and spectators will find more entertainment along the track to while away the time between passing drivers. • Great track. Good access and egress. Plenty of viewing areas around the track accessible by vehicles. Minimal shade so take your own. On a clear day it's magnificent but could be very exposed on windy/wet days.
  • This place is fun. You can take the kids along in a dual seat car or you can burst out by your self in a single seat car. Those things are fast. One thing you need to review prior to accepting the session are the timings (If you are going twice). You may or may not get a session time that is back to back.
