  • Given the significance of this place, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. That said, I wouldn't make a special visit from the city centre. There's the main monument itself, as well...  more »
  • This is probably one of the most referenced, yet equally poorly visited and presented, places in the European history of Australia. After making quite an effort to get there, we found one monument...  more »

  • Wonderful place to visit and experience the first ever steps how Sydney was discovered. Nature as usual amazing and remained clean. Easy to get to and also perfect for easy access. Landscape offers great photos, sunset is probably the best since its near the edge the photos turned out amazing. Would recommend to go for anyone who wants to introduce Australia and the history of it. National park has also a bike ride path and you can experience it with family and friends.
  • To have stood in this sacred Australian place and looked out at the same sea The Endeavour first made landing at is a real must for all tourists and also for all Australians. I acknowledge it’s bitter sweet existence of the indigenous people our first fathers who have both joy and sorrow from the Captain James Cook’s feat. Walk the walk here accessible and family/wheelchair and pram friendly. All ages can manage this short walk with great views and a nostalgic beautifully put together memorial and landmarks. Thank you Kurnell for making this a great space for all people to either sit and ponder at or run through to the national park and have a bbq or family day. There is swimming in warm months and lovely walks for all year round. ‘A must do.’
