  • Excellent place to start the Melbourne visit. It has a lot of information and extremely attentive staff eager to help.

  • It is opposite St. Paul's Cathedral. There are also cafes and toilets, so I stopped by for a break. The entrance was difficult to understand because it was under construction at the time of the visit.

  • The volunteers at the melbourne Town Hall Visitor Hub are super lovely, approachable and willing to help. They always offer up information about events and although I live in Melbourne, I go in here regularly just to pick up the brochures and see whats on :)
  • My disappointment about this service is they do not have a phone service on the weekend. I’m seeking clarification to enhance my experience at 3pm on a Saturday. The visitor hub is open but I cannot get into the centre before it closes and the recorded message when you phone is to call back between 9-5 Monday to Friday. Tourism is important. But not on weekends!!
