  • I ddint like the fact you had to pay, given most of the museums in melbourne are free. That said, it was excellent and i spent almost 3 hours here looking around. There was a imax 3d cinema attached.....  more »
  • Absolutely Love the outdoor kids area at the Melbourne museum. My sons can explore without me hovering over them wondering what they are about to pick up and touch. Everything is safe and clean. The baby feeding and changing facilities are good also. If you are aboriginal you can get in for free so take note. I think you may need to fill in a form. Parking close by was $18 for the day which wasn’t so bad. Thanks guys
  • I simply adore the museum and it's especially wonderful that it's close to where I'm doing my studies at St Vincent's hospital. Nice to just go for a walk around the area. Visited many times, it's breathtaking with all easy access for wheelchairs, parking and anything you need really. Tram stops just outside and within walking distance to Parliament train station as well that I use every time during my commutes.
