Crown Spa Melbourne Reviews
I had a lovely massage, facial and blow wave, spending $530. But would Crown extend my valet parking for a couple of hours so I could get something to eat and visit the shops in Crown? No!! When... more »

I was lucky enough to have 3 hours of pampering last week at crown spa. Oh my gosh, Sally you are truely amazing!! As a therapist myself I can find it hard to relax and switch off during treatments, but I felt like I was transported to another world. Starting with the private spa time was definitely worth the money, to have that extra half an hour to unwind and relax. The pressure during the massage was perfect, finding all the sore spots but without being too much, I was still able to relax. I would highly recommend crown spa and Sally to everyone. And also a mention to the reception staff and house keeping of the spa too! Felt welcome from the minute I walked in and the spa was immaculate. I will definitely be back.
I really enjoyed my treatment at Crown Spa. My facialist was fantastic, and considering the price of La Prairie skincare, she applied a generous amount of each product. I loved my facial, the aqua retreat facilities and the relaxation area. However, I feel that for the price more could be done to add a luxe factor that is sorely missing at Crown Spa when compared with other spas that charge far less; for example, the lockers continually locked us out which forced us to frequently seek assistance from reception, there were not enough staff members roaming around to collect towels or help out with aforementioned locker lock-outs, the reception staff were not very polished or professional and the facilities were sub-par (one hairdryer for the whole spot). I wouldn't return as I think you can get a quality facial in a more professional and polished environment for a better price, but I enjoyed my experience nonetheless.
