    Fantastic historical village - so much stuff . The grounds are immaculate - the buildings and displays are fantastic. You can lose track of time in this place . Well worth the visit.  more »

    The village is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about history. The displays are well set up and the staff were very friendly. We spent nearly four hours at the village.  more »

    Very Worthwhile visit but You must allow at least Three Hours to look around. Their Tea room EXCELLENT service and Product. One of the BEST Milkshakes I have had in Australia.

    Really beautifully researched and set out as was with many precious items from the period. Fascinating accompanying descriptions and explanations. We could have spent more time if we had known how much there was to see and enjoy. Good cafe available too. Best of all we arrived and exitted with the local Herberton restored railway which runs at weekends.
