  • I work in the mining industry in Canada, gold mostly. I wanted a taste for oz mining and the opal museum had just that. The staff were brilliant and knew their material. Before actually taking my own way through the museum they explained each room and the history of opal in Australia. Very warm experience. My partner is quiet jealous as he is a geologist in Australia. Will definitely be bringing him before we leave.
  • Beautiful place. Blue, green, purple, all shiny and just beautiful. We heard history and process. Definitely place to visit while in Brisbane QLD. Thank you so much.
