UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Nelson's Dockyard is idyllic. It sets you back a few hundred years and gives you a first hand taste of life at one of Antigua's most well preserved forts. Although the museum is small it's a must do for insight into operations of Nelson's Dockyard. Take a stroll. Visit Copper and Lumber for lunch. Experience Antigua's sailing week.
Amazingly preserved historical harbour, which is also fully functional. You get both tourists and sailors mooring in different parts of the marina. It's very pleasant to walk around and also sit down there for dinner or coffee. I truly enjoyed the place and returned there few times over the time we stayed in the area. You'll have to buy a tourist pass first, but then you can return multiple times even in the next days, so don't worry about that.
